Booking Terms and Conditions

Prices quoted are valid for 24hrs from enquiry.

A Deposit of £100 is required to book Oak Cottage.

For direct bookings we accept payment by Bank Transfer or Paypal (plus paypal service fee)

On receipt of your deposit we will confirm your stay and send balance due dates.

We will also at this point collect further details from you including all guest names your address and mobile contact number.

Balances are due 6 weeks prior to your stay (42 days)

A friendly reminder will be sent out to you 2 weeks before the date due.

If payment is not received by the due date your stay will automatically be cancelled with no refund of deposit.

In the event that you need to cancel your stay we will refund your deposit up to 60 days prior.

Cancellations up to 40 days prior will not be eligible for the deposit returned

With the current Covid situation we would refund in full if government restrictions are in place.

If you or a named guest in your party tests positive and cannot travel we will either refund or re-schedule your stay on proof of testing positive within the 10 days prior to your stay.

We are also on Cottages.com and all their marketing partners.

Direct bookings through us will always be discounted from advertised prices and will save you paying service fees.

Payment in full will be required at point of booking for arrivals within 6 weeks.

Dogs.

One well behaved dog is welcome to stay, (small to medium in size) we do not charge an extra fee for one dog we just ask that you please clean up after them during your stay and prior to departing.

They must stay downstairs - we have a stairgate to stop them going upstairs, they must not be left alone in the cottage at any time.

We ask that you bring your own doggie bedding and doggie towels/ throws etc for your four legged friend. If you know they sit with you on a sofa then please bring a throw to protect the leather sofa with.

We have a medium sized dog basket, dog bowls and provide the cleaning products and of course the vacuum and mop
